It is a requirement from your health insurance company for certain medications to be covered. They require more information from your doctor to confirm the prescription is medically necessary before they will pay for it.

When we process your prescription, your insurance plan will notify us if a prior authorization is needed. Our team will then promptly contact you and your doctor's office to begin the assistance process.

Initially, we just need your prescription from your doctor. Our team will handle gathering the necessary clinical details directly from your physician's office to complete the submission.

We provide assistance for patients covered by all major insurance plans. Please note, our pharmacy is not in-network with Tricare.

The timeline can vary depending on the insurance company's response time. We work diligently to manage the process as efficiently as possible to help you get an answer and your medication quickly.
